I am a successful Coach, Trainer and Business Consultant.  I provide high quality Business Performance solutions and People Development services for a wide variety of client organisations.  My special focus is in learning and development and executive coaching.  I am an Investors in People Specialist, a member of the Institute of Consulting and a qualified Hogan Personality Inventory practitioner. 

My Business Coaching experience includes a portfolio of clients from a wide range of sectors and sizes and has focused on business performance improvements through leadership and management development.  Developing managers to become better leaders through coaching to carry out improved planning, strategy development, people development, communication and recruitment and retention of talent. 

Individual coaching experience includes personal development in aspects such as Career Change, Confidence and Assertiveness, Presentation Skills, gaining a better Work Life Balance and Time Management.
